Refund Policy for NISMC Courses

At Edunova Technology, we strive to provide the best offline learning experience for our students. However, we understand that certain circumstances may require a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting a refund for our courses and services.


1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • If the course is canceled by Edunova Technology.
  • If the student withdraws from the course before the commencement date.
  • If the student experiences unavoidable circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies) and provides valid documentation.

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

No refunds will be granted under the following circumstances:

  • After the course has commenced.
  • If a student fails to attend classes without prior notice.
  • For dissatisfaction with the teaching methodology or course content after starting the course.
  • If requested more than 10 business days after payment.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Refund Request: Email us at services@edunovatechnology.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and provide the following details:
    • Full Name
    • Course Name
    • Reason for Refund Request
    • Supporting Documents (if applicable)
  2. Review Process:
    • Our team will review your request within 7 Business days.
    • You will be notified of the decision via email or phone.
  3. Refund Approval:
    • If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 10 Business Days.

4. Refund Amount

  • A processing fee of 10% may be deducted from the refund amount.
  • If the student has accessed any course materials before the withdrawal, the cost of those materials will be deducted from the refund.

5. Course Cancellation by Edunova Technology

If a course is canceled by Edunova Technology, students will receive a full refund. Alternatively, they may choose to transfer their enrollment to another course of equal value.
